We are proud to offer FREE Delivery on all Uk Purchases

Delivery is 2-3 days for UK and 3-7 days for Europe

 

Products are shipped from our logistics Centre in Worcestershire, UK.

 You will not be charged customs fees if based within the E.U.
 We pay all the import duty/taxes so no need for you to worry about this.
On some product lisitngs we offer a factory direct price where the goods are shipped  from overseas 3/4 days fast shipping the price is cheaper, but please check with your local tax laws as you are responsible for this payment you will see in the product listing we will mark factory direct price
 
 You will receive a delivery notification via email once your order has been sent out from our UK logistics centre.
 
Couriers require a signature from the recipient at the time of delivery – as this is a fast and secure way to have your items delivered safely. ·
  
We do not send to P.O. Box addresses.
 
Every transaction will be verified against the banks for address and authentication, items will not be sent to addresses that do not meet the requirements.

In some very rare cases, delivery time might be delayed due to local customs clearance.

 Lost or Damaged in Transit
All items are checked before postage, if you received a broken item, please keep all the packaging materials, take photos and send to us immediately for claims against the courier company. We only accept those cases reported within 7 days. Reimbursement of claims will be the value that the courier compensates towards each individual case. This investigation process usually takes 30 days.

 
Terms of Acceptance
We will not be responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages; reimbursement will be the value that the Courier Company compensates. Insurance is required for any claims that may arise.
Goods returned in a healthy condition will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
 
We reserve the right to cancel the transaction at any time for any reason.


If a delivery has been signed for then we are unable to provide a refund or replacement goods.
